Is the inspection really free?
Completely free. No conditions, no obligation, and you keep the drone photo report either way. Free inspections are how most of our 1,000+ Panhandle projects started. Plenty of them end with "your roof is fine, see you after the next hailstorm."
How fast can you get here?
We schedule most inspections within days. After major storms we triage: active leaks first, then storm-hit neighborhoods in route batches. Call (806) 290-0639 if water is coming in now. That jumps every queue.
What do I get?
You get a 20–40 minute professional inspection: drone photography of every slope, hands-on checks of flashings and penetrations, and an attic check where accessible. You also get a written photo report in your inbox. It uses the same documentation format insurance adjusters verify against.
Do I need to be home?
For exterior-only inspections, no. Just unlock the gates and secure your pets. If a ceiling stain or attic check is involved, we need about 15 minutes of interior access.
Will you pressure me with a sales pitch afterward?
No. You get the report and a straight recommendation: repair, claim, replace, or relax. If we say your roof is fine, that's the whole conversation. That answer earns the referrals we run on.
